Tactile Aesthetics You Want to Touch
Trendy glassmorphic interfaces often remain trapped in static Figma mockups: in real-world web environments, heavy backdrop blurs and dynamic lighting layers quickly bottleneck render times and tank the frame rate.
My goal was to prove that premium, tactile design can remain featherweight. I engineered a fully autonomous component featuring an interactive date grid, on-the-fly accent customization, and event modals layered with cinematic frosted-glass depth.

From a Pretty Picture to Dynamic State
The calendar matrix algorithmically computes weekdays, month offsets, and highlights active dates alongside scheduled commitments.
Clicking ‘Add Event’ triggers a modal with event type pickers, seamlessly pushing new items into the daily agenda with color-coded tags.
The top control bar allows instant switching across accent color palettes (Sky, Rose, Emerald, Amber) alongside a smooth Day/Night theme toggle.
The cursor’s relative offset from the widget center is mapped to rotateX and rotateY angles with subtle physics damping, crafting an authentic sense of floating glass.

In an era of bloated bundles and copy-paste component libraries, deep mastery over the raw DOM and browser rendering pipelines is a rare craft. This widget proves that dynamic light physics and 3D depth can ship in just a handful of kilobytes.
